Katie Hall

Hi, my name is Katie and I am one of the Personal Trainers at PureGym Motherwell.

If you are reading this, chances are you are looking for guidance to improve your fitness, body composition or performance in your sport. Do you have a goal or event to train for? Perhaps you are lacking in direction or motivation? Or do you just want to feel better in your every day? I am here to help you.

My passion is running. I took up the sport in 2012, ran my first marathon and was hooked! I've since run many races from 5km park runs to extreme ultra marathons, testing every aspect of my fitness, and I have intimate knowledge of what it takes to complete any distance, physically and more importantly...mentally!

Strength and Conditioning, coupled with a balanced nutrition and well being are the utmost importance in my own training, and therefore also the training of my clients.

The discipline, commitment and determination I have developed along the way, I carry into my Personal Training sessions.
