Hi, my name is Karlis!

I have been involved in sport-related activities for the past four years and I have learnt that exercise can change your lifestyle for the better, as it can make your life easier and make you happier. Due to American Football I had to do a lot of weight training, which helped develop my knowledge in this area. I’ve had to do a lot of body weight exercises; therefore, I also know how to condition the body without picking up a weight. This means if you are not confident or if you don’t know how to exercise with weights, I can help you start off without them and slowly build your knowledge and your confidence so that you can progress with weight training.

So, whatever you are looking to achieve, whether it is losing weight, toning up, building muscle, gaining healthy weight or anything related to exercise you can come to me without hesitation and I will give you my all to help you achieve your goals.
