When I was younger, I had a big problem with being overweight and never was good at sports. One day I decided to change my life, I started to look after my food, gym training and Taekwondo. In no time I lost three stone and fell in love with fitness.
I decided to follow that path and help people like myself. I believe in a holistic, complex approach to fitness. Training is part of that, same as nutrition and regeneration. I continuously expand my knowledge about fitness and health, read new articles, news, and research from the fitness world.
Because of that, I'm up to date with the latest fitness trends and discoveries so I can keep improving the quality of service for my clients. I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and many times fails. It's because many people try to train and be like someone else. Don't copy celebrities or your mate's training plan. Everyone has their own goals, lifestyle, and habits, therefore what is good for one doesn't have to be good for others. One of my goals is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who YOU are and YOUR lifestyle.
