Fitness started to become a big part of my life in my late teens after I stepped foot into a gym for the first time and realised what I had been missing out on for all these years. Having been through it myself, I would be more than happy to assist anyone who wishes to make a change for the better in their life through fitness. Not only did this kick start my life in the fitness industry, but also took me down the path of becoming a Personal Trainer.
In any aspect of life, I thrive on helping others, therefore for me to be able to help others in an environment and an industry that I love is a dream job for me. Having overcome barriers on my way to achieving my ultimate goals in fitness, I know how difficult it can be to keep focused and committed.
