Hi there! My name is Jordan.
Having been a gym-goer since sixteen, I have gained a great deal of hard-earned experience in the gym environment. On this journey I gained newfound confidence and established good lifestyle habits that have never left me since, and I believe this is possible for anyone who puts their mind to it! Your first time in the gym (or your first time back at the gym) can be daunting, but I will strive to make you feel right at home from day one.
We will work towards your goals step by step, and I will be there from start to finish, monitoring your progress and ensuring you are pushing the boundaries of your comfort zone. Whether your aims are to gain muscle, lose fat, or even just get in a healthier routine, I can keep you on the right track to achieving these.
I have recently graduated with a diploma in Personal Training from Premier Global and am broadening my skillset further with specialist courses in MMA Conditioning and Group Personal Training.
