Jonny Gregson

Despite growing up with Cerebral Palsy I’ve always been into sports. I played competitive wheelchair basketball to a quite a high National level for nine years, dabbling with lifting weights in the gym alongside. At the age of 23 I started working with a PT to get leaner and gain some muscle in the hope of improving my basketball, which ironically led to me ending my basketball career due to finding a new passion.

Over the last three years, my main hobby has been bodybuilding and dabbling in a bit of powerlifting, coming second in 2 PCA regional qualifiers in 2017 and competing in a BDFPA Powerlifting competition in 2019.

I’ve always had a poor relationship with food being both overweight and underweight in the past, I now follow a flexible dieting approach where I can still achieve my goals.

I believe a good work ethic can achieve anything if you want it enough. My programmes are specific to you as an individual and your likes, ability, goals and schedule, designed for either fat loss or muscle gain.

Whether you’re new to the gym or have hit a brick wall in your current programme and would like to learn more about how to achieve results in a maintainable manner, I can help.
