I have been exercising for years and am a professional sponsored triathlete.
Training has allowed me to develop not only the physical strength my sport requires but also the emotional strength and confidence alongside this, I joined the fitness industry to help others achieve these too.
I have built a good knowledge of various exercise techniques to improve fitness and reduce body fat and would love to share this with you.
