Hi, I’m Jodie. I became a Personal Trainer to help people achieve their health and fitness goals, improve confidence and to teach people about a healthy lifestyle and effective training.
A few years ago, I was overweight with low confidence and generally unhappy with my appearance and the way I felt about myself. I started my fitness journey when I joined my local gym. Once there, I attended the gym’s boxing class and had no set plan for my workouts, I was just going through the motions. Although I lost a small amount of weight, I was still struggling to see any real changes. That’s when I hired a Personal Trainer. Through my journey with my PT, I lost two and half stone, saw my body shape change but most of all gained the confidence I thought I would never have. Now more than anything, I want to help other people do the same.
Whether you are looking to lose weight, body fat, gain muscle or learn to box, we will work together to make it as enjoyable and sustainable as possible and work towards improving your quality of life.
