Jennifer Ward
I've always loved sport, fitness, and nutrition. As a sprinter, I have been involved in athletics and transferred this skill to playing group sports, including County level hockey and rugby. I've also competed in triathlons and for the past couple of years, I've been using the gym to reap the benefits of weight lifting and strength training.
I am passionate about helping you be the best version of yourself that you can be. I've got 10 years' experience in the health, fitness and nutrition industry. I've been taking exercise classes for the past five years, in between having two beautiful children. I've worked with clients of all ages and abilities and can help you achieve your goals.
