Hi, my name is Justyn but call me Jay!

I have a background in Basketball, playing and coaching, and also I'm a dancer specialising in Break Dance. I take my own training very seriously whether it's weight lifting for explosiveness, strength training and general mobility and flexibility exercises using my own body weight.

My approach to exercise is based around my knowledge of sport and movement, ensuring that people know how to look after their bodies and having fun and enjoying the chances while they work out. Training with me will ensure that you will gain strength, while maintaining and or increasing flexibility, mobility and learning some new skills along the way.
