The journey to fitness should always be enjoyed! Fitness allows us to live a healthy lifestyle, reach specific performance goals and to reach specific aesthetic goals.

It’s all dependent on WHAT you want to achieve, WHY you want to achieve and HOW hard you are willing to work to achieve. As a passionate Personal Trainer, my job is to motivate and guide you into reaching these goals, while keeping personalised sessions as challenging and enjoyable as possible.

My personal journey in fitness involves: Boxing, Karate, Basketball, Athletics, Weight lifting, Bodybuilding and HIIT. I’m constantly trying to find new ways of adding to this list, in order to better my own personal health along with others.
