Jason Belfield
My name is Jason. I've been in the fitness industry for over 18 years since leaving the army, and through my time I've discovered that the human body needs functional, multi-joint, movements to help stabilise, strengthen and improve posture, joints, ligaments and flexibility.
My philosophy is; if you are sedentary for long periods of the day, the last thing you should do is waste time in the gym on single joint, isolation exercises on any type of machine.
Using bio-mechanics of the body's functions, we can achieve a better body and mind, thus improving you as a person. My bespoke approach, tailored to the needs of each client, sees us through a course of work that evolves with the client’s health improvements.
