My journey from single mum to Personal Trainer has honestly changed my life. My philosophy is focus on continual life long learning.
When I was younger I never used to train. I was always slim and didn’t have the need or want to train. I didn’t value fitness as important or a priority. But of course now learning you need fitness in every area of my life. It wasn’t until after having my kids then I started struggling with the weight loss as body changed, routine changed. I understand what it's like to feel stuck, weight up and down, tried to crash diets, developed health issues related to being overweight.
I didn’t have the key knowledge of it being a lifestyle and not chasing a dress size.
I’m here to help my clients achieve a balanced lifestyle (nutritional guidance) and increase overall confidence in yourself.
