Jamie Bradshaw

I have been in the fitness and weight training industry for many years. I started off with running and boxing which I did from the age of eight to 17 where I then went into Armed Forces/Infantry, where I served four years.

After completing my service I got into powerlifting, which led me to bodybuilding, which I have now done for a couple of years and still have a great passion for it.

This background has taught me many ways to approach any goal I set out to achieve for myself or for others. I can be very adaptive to make sure targets are reached. I have been doing Personal Training for six years now. I offer all my clients around the clock support with nutrition advice and home workouts and more.
