As the oldest member of the team, my personal journey to becoming a Personal Trainer started in 2010.
I was diagnosed with depression and I was seven stone overweight, it was then I decided to make a massive change in my life. I started with taking up running and changing my lifestyle completely from diet to fitness.
I started training and then I completed a 5km and 10k race and progressed to half and full marathons. I also participated in spartan races and many other events over the past eight years.
I turned my life around and decided to gain my qualifications as a Personal Trainer in order to help other people achieve goals in health and fitness.
My aim as a Personal Trainer is to show that age is irrelevant when it comes to taking the first step to a new you.
The gym can be a daunting experience for many people, I will help you achieve the confidence to challenge yourself and reach your goals.
