I simply love meeting new people, learning about their journey and discovering what brings them to the world of fitness. It's my job to help you achieve the goals you set for yourself as efficiently, safely and sustainably as possible. My clients have ranged from ex-gymnasts to the elderly. Their goals, to name a few, have been achieving a press to handstand, to shedding weight for a wedding as well as correcting posture to prevent chronic back pain. I've found that I thoroughly enjoy helping everyone of all ages and walks of life and I’m consistently learning to master my craft.
I've learned that movements overlap in all disciplines of training and as an avid lover of moving my body to feel good, I've naturally delved into training of all kinds. This has included competing in Muay Thai, to rock climbing among the clouds, to dancing nights away and popping the occasional split on dance floors...injury free!
I’m also a cruelty-free muncher! Everything I consume is pretty much plant-based and sustainable. I hold strong personal beliefs that this is the way forward to create a happier, more sustainable world, whilst meeting our own nutritional needs. This does not mean I'm averse to animal products and I still respect and work with people that choose to consume them!
I understand that all of my clients are unique individuals; how they move, what feels good for them, what they want to consume, and I ensure my service is bespoke to their needs as functional people, not just machines that aimlessly go to the gym! I always aim to educate and inform along the way. The way I see it is, we’re all aiming to become healthier versions of ourselves to improve our overall quality of life. This means that everything that we’ll be training for has a domino effect. We build strength, which gives us confidence, which then opens up more doors for potential happiness in other areas of life.
I'm here to help you. I'll champion you until you get to where you want to be. Whether you’re completely new to the gym, or a seasoned vet looking to improve strength and knowledge in a certain area, I eagerly await to meet you.
