My passion for fitness started at a young age through playing sports and pushing myself to be best I could be. When I first joined a gym, my passion for the fitness industry kept growing, which led me to become a personal trainer. Over the years of training myself, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience, which I now want to use to help other people!
