My experience in the gym started early, around 12-13 years of age, as I was conscious about my weight at the time and wanted to be more athletic and healthy. I had very little knowledge or information on fitness and health. However, my determination to attend the gym consistently was fluent for years to come. Once I left secondary school I began to research various areas of fitness and nutrition, building my information and implementing it into my training and diet.
Like many others, I made mistakes and learned from them along the way. My passion for fitness and nutrition has stuck with me and is now simply part of my lifestyle. I have proven my knowledge and dedication by following my own carefully adjusted nutrition plan, resulting in losing 40lbs, attaining a very low body fat percentage whilst maintaining as much muscle mass as possible.
I find great satisfaction in helping people discover that they too can develop an unbreakable relationship with a healthier lifestyle. Although I understand that this relationship is different for every individual, I am determined to provide the motivation and inspiration necessary.
A healthier lifestyle can help increase self-esteem and confidence. No goal is unattainable, with commitment and hard work you can achieve anything that you put your mind to. I will provide the knowledge, the drive and the enthusiasm as long as you are willing to commit yourself!
