Jake Benson
Hi, I’m Jake.
I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for nine years now. My areas of expertise are strength training, fat loss and specific event performance training.
I have been educated by one of the leading strength coaches in the world, the Australian Strength Coach, to become an ASC Certified Level 2 Strength Coach. With the correct strength programming and nutritional plan I was able to hit 210kg Deadlift; all whilst training for the Paris 2017 Marathon which I completed in 3.33. I love setting myself new challenges which go against my usual routine. Over the last five years I have completed marathons in London, Paris, New York and Manchester. I have also completed two Triathlons. My proudest and most demanding achievement would definitely be completing the Nice 2018 Ironman in under 14 hours.
I have studied Nutrition to an Advanced level so I’m able to provide my clients with a simple and easy to follow nutritional plan which compliments their training programme and goal.
My motive as a Personal Trainer is to support my clients to reach their own individual goals, regardless of what they are. I have learnt that with a positive mindset, enthusiasm and determination; anything can be accomplished.
