Everyone has their starting point in their fitness journey. Three years ago I started mine, an unconfident individual extremely underweight playing elite football but just wasn't big enough for the opposition and couldn't compete. I changed my life by researching and learning how to train and change my body into what I wanted to achieve and haven't looked back.
Training didn't just help me physically it also helped me mentally when it came to focusing on tasks at work or in the gym. I'm completely dedicated to helping people make a positive change to their lifestyle whether it be at home, work or in the gym.
