Jack Lewis
Ever since I stopped playing football I've continued to embrace my passion for fitness through gym training. I trained under the tutelage of the former British drug-free, bench press champion and competed in powerlifting competitions.
Since working in the fitness industry I've witnessed the unbelievable physical transformations of friends, family and clients. I love how success in the gym will invariably transfer into other areas of life, creating a happier, more successful, well-rounded individual.
I offer a wide range of fitness packages, including 30 minute sessions for time pressured clients and small group sessions for added motivation! All clients receive additional nutritional guidance and support outside of the time spent in the gym to help you reach your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible!
