Jack Homans
Having been an avid sportsman for the previous 15 years of my life, I have always taken a proactive approach to everything I do, ranging from academia, mental health, to fitness. Being in competitive sport since I was eight years old, I have come to realise there is no reward without first a commitment. Reaching high levels of competition in swimming, I have had to endure crazy amounts of training and dedication, at a time in my life when no one would have expected it.
I have studied Sport and Exercise Sciences during my time at College and University, giving me the knowledge to apply to a global (whole body) scale down to the biochemical level within the cells. I have been able to apply this knowledge through a Strength and Conditioning Internship (working on mobility and body conditioning for sport) and Original Research for my Dissertation (working on Cardiovascular adaptation to exercise), working with elite athletes and the public.
I have always wanted to achieve “greatness” in everything I do, and I strive to help others achieve their dreams, especially within a gym and fitness environment. Tailoring your plan to your specific needs, whether that be strength, muscle gain, fat loss or just want to improve your fitness, I have many tools to help you achieve what you desire.
