I have been at the forefront of the evidence-based coaching community for nearly 20 years; which has led to an almost encyclopaedic knowledge base and a constant drive for improving myself and others.
I am quiet and thoughtful but extremely passionate about fitness and the benefits it brings to everyone on a day to day, and long term basis.
I bring a cheerful and friendly, relaxed atmosphere to my more detail orientated style of coaching.
