I have been involved in sports from a young age, and during that time I was always very lightweight and simply not as strong as I would have liked to be which led me to the gym to try better my physical appearance and performance.

I got into the fitness industry to pass on my knowledge and to help others achieve their goals, I want to help you get where you want to be and help you achieve those goals!
