Idris Dahiye

My fitness journey began when I started training to get in shape and put on muscle mass. Before I started training I was mainly doing cardio and playing sports such as football and basketball. Since I started training I have gained a lot of knowledge through my own experiences and studies. The more I trained, the more my passion grew for the fitness industry and that was when I decided to pursue getting the correct qualifications for the fitness role. I decided to take a health and fitness level 2 and 3 courses along with a studio cycling course.

As a Personal Trainer, I come from a more athletic background and have experience in that area. Having played a lot of football, I have gained a lot of knowledge and attributes when it comes to programming your training and how to perfectly get the most out of your training to be the best version of yourself. I specialise in strength training, weight loss while also improving attributes such as agility and speed.

I aim to guide the members and create a fun environment for everyone while helping you achieve your fitness goals. I am highly motivated with a warm and welcoming personality which allows me to build a strong and warm relationship with everyone.
