Hollie Mansfield
Hey, I’m Hollie and I’ve been a Personal Trainer for two years now. I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness as I’ve been bought up in a family of Nutritionists and Personal Trainers.
Growing up, I was very much into gymnastics, horse riding and loved sports days at school. Even though my family is very health-oriented and I was an active child, I gained excess weight in my teens and became very unhappy.
However, I signed up to a gym and followed my mum's nutritional advice and became addicted to seeing results. I want to be able to help others make the same change I did and achieve their fitness goals as I understand the impact it has on your happiness and mental wellbeing.
