I’m Hal, and I’m here to make your gym experience the most comfortable and enjoyable experience it possibly can be. Coming to the gym is not necessarily the thing you really want to be doing, and I understand that! We all start somewhere in the gym. It’s just taking the plunge and giving it a go.
I could tell you “I’ll motivate you to get the work done” or something like that, but if I’m honest every Personal Trainer must be a good motivator. So rather than make it all about me, let’s make it about you. I want to listen to what you want to achieve, what your goals are and why you want those goals. Let’s go into as much detail as possible and set a date to achieve this goal.
We’ll find a way to achieve your goals that’s personal to you. If you hate burpees? (Don’t blame you) We won’t do burpees.
