My name is Greg, I am a Natural Men’s Physique Champion, and I have been weight training for almost a decade. I have previously worked as a Special Constable for Lancashire Police.

Why pick me? Well...I can make you stronger physically and mentally. I have gathered a lot of knowledge and experience through my training and I know what is effective.
