For most of us, the gym is a tool to help us get fitter and stronger, with the added bonus we look better for our summer holiday! As your trainer, my goal is to listen to what you want and give you the tools and knowledge to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
With a focus on realistic and flexible programming, and an option to include personalised nutrition guidance, I work with you to find a solution that works with your lifestyle and what you want to achieve. Small steps, some support and a little push can go a long way.
