Hi! My name is Giedre. I hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor certificate as well as a Level 3 Personal Trainer diploma both acquired from YMCAfit, UK's leading fitness provider. Although I have a degree in finance from the university of Manchester, I decided to do what makes me happy and that happens to be fitness and making others fall in love with it too.

My decision to become a PT stems from a young age. Being a member and a captain of my schools' and university netball team, always successfully persuading friends to join me for my morning run made me realise I feel fulfilled when influencing others to grow and improve their health and fitness performance.

I believe achievable fitness challenges truly and effectively develops and promotes ones' confidence, self-esteem and self-discipline. All of those traits are crucial to have a vibrant and joyful day to day life. My purpose as a PT is to help you set appropriate goals that would empower you, challenge you and help you make sustainable lifestyle changes that'd permanently keep you fit. If fitness is associated with hours on the treadmill and tons of squats in your mind, then get ready to let these notions go because the nature of your workouts will depend on your specific goals and they will always be challenging and sometimes even unfamiliar.

As much as working out helps to build a body you want, I believe nutrition plays an even bigger role when it comes to achieving your fitness goals. I have the knowledge and tips on how to achieve sustainability and consistency in your diet, especially when it comes to plant-based diet.
