Fitness and exercise haven’t always been my passion. Up to the age of 19 I was overweight and unfit. In my own training I’ve worked on almost every aspect of fitness and used a wide range of training systems. I’ve lost fat, increased lean muscle mass and gone from struggling to run 100m to taking on triathlons

Having achieved all this myself, I know what it’s like to do it unsupported. I’ll give you the guidance, support and motivation to keep you on track to hitting your goals!
