Hey! I've been working for PureGym since 2013 and have enjoyed working with a vast array of different clients, with testimonials to match. My background of sport and fitness comes from my love of football and being around the gym since I was 18.
After I put myself through a personalised three month body transformation plan, I felt great and wanted to help other people to feel this way too. The aim was to lose fat and gain muscle. I achieved this and lost two stone overall and reached 10% body fat and decided to become a Personal Trainer.
I endeavor to make my sessions fun and challenging because there's a lot more to exercise than a few sit ups and press ups! It's all about maximising your time in the gym. By passing on my fitness and nutrition knowledge to others through one-to-one sessions, I can aid you to continue your life with the desired knowledge to maintain the goals you've achieved with me.
