Rhythmic Gymnastics is where my love for fitness started. The sport taught me many things, dedication, discipline and persistence. I took part in several training camps learning various international techniques. Although effective, these intensive training strategies brought to light how there is no one formula that works for everyone. It was evident from how many injuries and cases of over-training I saw and experienced over the years. To make selection for competitions and to stay in the game, I decided to practice my own way of training. My techniques and range of movement improved tenfold, which had me go from what started out as a hobby to travelling all over the globe competing for GB and then coaching the sport itself.

Having retired from competing, I still train in open classes with adults, all of which come from a variety of sporting backgrounds. I found myself skill-sharing and was instinctively teaching others and thriving from their progression and success. I enjoyed the classes so much, I decided to then make this passion into a career.

To be able to train people with personalised, made to measure fitness plans is something I am truly passionate about. Seeing people achieve their goals is the best part, and I’d love to be a part of your fitness journey too!
