Gareth Scott
From a young age I’ve enjoyed fitness and sports. I represented my school and local teams in football, rugby, cross country and athletics. Upon leaving school I became a printer and made a successful career from it but my passion for sport and fitness continued albeit from the sidelines!
After some life-changing events, l became very depressed and I was at an all-time low and I needed to make a change. I began to do events for charity in the memory of the people that I lost, competing in half marathons, Tough Mudder, Survival of the Fittest as well as several charity bike rides.
Whilst training for these events I realised how different I felt, not only physically but mentally, I felt like a dark cloud was lifting. For the first time in years my ambitions were being realised, I was dedicated, motivated and happy! At this point I realised that life is too short and that I should do something I enjoyed.
This encouraged me to take the leap and change my career and pursue my love of fitness and become a Personal Trainer.
Now I’m here to help you make a change in your life, achieve your goals and unlock your potential.
