I have seen, personally and professionally, how detrimental an unhealthy relationship with food and fitness can be. I want to work with you to find forms of exercise that you enjoy, whatever that may be. I focus my own training on strength, but I can also help you with fat loss, muscle gain, or general fitness goals.
