My passion for Personal Training stems from a love for fitness and a desire to help others achieve goals.
I come from a sporting background, where I began playing rugby at a young age and progressed to a high level. This has given me a great understanding of different types of workouts that is reflected in my programming where I have the skills to cater for a client’s specific needs and abilities.
My aim is to achieve the best results in each session by prescribing the appropriate level of difficulty and push an individual to the edge of their comfort zone while keeping them engaged and focused.
