Fiziana Rika

I am Fiziana Rika, a dedicated and detail-oriented fitness professional who is invested in personal growth and believes that a true sense of fulfilment is achieved only when we feel there is progress going on.

Exercising and seeing the body go through changes is a tangible way of seeing what is going on in our mind and how our lifestyle and habits affect us.  Most of the time you need to see it before you believe it!

Establishing that body-mind connection through exercise can be incredibly empowering, and helps to build that body confidence and that  “ feel good in your skin” sensation.

My training style is a hybrid of strength, powerlifting, bodybuilding and conditioning under the umbrella of an athlete mindset because I believe that everybody can benefit from an athletic training style and view.

Attention to prehab, exercise form and muscles imbalances correction are important as well as learning the fundamentals before progressing, I am more for do it right first and then load it later!

One day, a week, a month or more, it does not matter how long you do want to commit for in the beginning, just start and everything will be taken care of and tailored to suit your lifestyle.
