I never really understood fitness until I fell pregnant with my first daughter.

I had no discipline and didn’t do any exercise. I gained a huge amount of weight, going from 8 stone to 13 stone which made labour very difficult.

I decided then to make changes, starting with eating healthier and doing regular exercises. The difficult part was motivating myself so I tried to focus on the results I would get if I kept on going.

After 3 months, I felt 10 years younger. I'm now 39 years of age and after two pregnancies I feel fitter, stronger, healthier and sexier than I did when I was 20.

I chose to become a Personal Trainer to help others as I helped myself on a journey of a better lifestyle.

I specialise in body weight training because it has it all, it never becomes boring, there are many different workouts you can do. I find it fun and exciting and the results are…well, that depends on how committed you are to make the change!
