I'm Federico, an Italian Personal Trainer and an IFBB bodybuilding athlete. When I was a teenager, I was overweight, this made me insecure and I made the decision to change myself until I reached my goal to a happier self.

From this experience I learnt that being confident with my body made me more confident in my life in general: in my job, in my relationships, etc.

Now I want to help all my clients to reach their goals, whoever they are to make them happier and more confident with themselves. Tell me your goal and I will help you to achieve it. Your success is my success.

I love my job because I'm very passionate about fitness, it's a part of me. I certified in Personal Training at 18 years old and have since attended various seminars from some of the best coaches in the world.

I also have a passion for Bodybuilding and am a qualified Prep. Coach. If your dream is going on a stage and take part in a competition, I will be very happy to help you. I have been a bodybuilding athlete since 2017 and competed in the INBA federation (World Championships) and IFBB federation (3rd place in Italian Championships).
