Throughout my time as a Personal Trainer, I have worked towards a wide range of goals with clients, ranging from fat loss and muscle development to performing better at their sport. My style as a trainer has formed primarily around strength and conditioning and I take pride in the knowledge I have gained through my practice in a wide range of sports and training styles.
