Evan Middleton
Since I was young I've always had a keen interest in the mechanics of the body and how performance can be improved through physical training. This coupled with my strong sporting background in rugby is what led me to become a Personal Trainer. I've studied Fitness Health & Eduction at HND level at college which is where I achieved my Personal Trainer accreditation. Studying health and fitness for two years at college has allowed me to develop a broad knowledge of how the body works. To supplement my current knowledge I'll be working towards a degree in Sports & Exercise Science at University.
As a Personal Trainer I aim to provide a comprehensive fitness experience that will allow you to achieve your desired goals. I'll use the skills I've acquired through my studies and from my own experiences in the gym to get you to where you want to be.
