Hi, I have more than 10 years' experience in the fitness industry.
Through my trials and tribulations, I have learned a lot and I will share with you everything I learned so you can reach your goals quicker.
Achieving your goals is the highest priority for me. With this in mind, I will be changing and adapting the programme as your body adapts to it. My goal is to provide a product that will give you a newer, fitter version of yourself! I will be mapping out the time you need to achieve these goals.
If you don't appropriately fuel your body you are not going to get anything out of your fitness goals. I will help you figure the best nutritional options which will push you to always have a stellar performance during your training and in your lifestyle.
My programmes will utilise all types of training from body weight to resistance training techniques. I will add cardio programming, core stability, flexibility and mobility sessions and recovery strategies to refresh the body and mind after each training session.
I'm not about the short term fix but the long term. I will be there with you all the way to help you change your lifestyle.
