After battling PTSD for a couple of years, joining a gym was the best decision I've ever made. Speaking from personal experience, fitness has helped me find my inner strength and resilience and has made me realise I will not be defeated; and neither will you.
After learning about the different types of training styles and their effects on the body, everything fell into place, and I quickly found my feet in amongst the barbells and squat racks. The gym became my favourite escape, and made me the person I am today.
