I started CrossFit Training with the aim to drastically improve my mental health. From that first day, over five years ago I haven’t looked back.
The type of training that I promote is a mixture of metabolic conditioning, interval training and Olympic Lifting.
Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your mental health, get your first pull up, learn how to clean and jerk or generally just become faster/fitter/stronger – I can help!
