With a rugby league background I was lucky to work with some of the leading coaches in the sport. With four years' worth of experience in the fitness industry, I aim to remove the confusion away from your weight loss journey and create and implement simple, realistic and sustainable methods to ensure that your weight loss efforts fit around your lifestyle, not the other way round.
As the only certified pre and post-natal coach in our club I am able to safely and effectively train pregnant women and programme them safely throughout the three trimesters. I also am able to assist women postpartum back into physical exercise and weight training by ensuring certain modifications are applied.
I get that most people have had bad previous experiences with quick fixes, fad diets and weight loss groups and they don't truly know where to turn to next. I also get that most people want to feel great and be body confident but feel they don’t have the time and can’t find the consistency they need to be successful.
