The gym started off as a hobby; working out was something I enjoyed doing but didn’t necessarily know a lot about.
A year went by and it started to become a habit, something I started researching and becoming interested in. The benefits were showing; I had lost body fat and become leaner. I had found a healthy stress outlet and most of all I had become more confident in the overall appearance of my body.
After leaving school, I decided university wasn’t for me at that particular time and qualified as a Personal Trainer, I thought ‘why not make something you’re passionate about your everyday job!’
As a Personal Trainer I enjoy coaching exercises involving free weights, and compound movement exercises such as squats or deadlifts. I like to work alongside clients with a holistic approach; working to improve their mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing.
So whether your goals are to lose body fat, tone up, improve in strength, gain lean mass or simply to fit into an outfit a few sizes smaller.
