I was overweight (over 16st), extremely unhappy and ashamed of my body. I decided to do something about it, so changed my diet and joined a local HIIT class. I successfully lost over 5st and discovered powerlifting, because of which I became a much more confident person.
I wanted to make others who were struggling with their weight feel as happy and confident as I did, so I became a Personal Trainer.
