Coming from a history of eating disorders and low self-confidence in my appearance, I understand that everyone goes through battles, and I am here to assist you with your personal health and fitness journey.
A bit about my personal story; I went from a dress size 16 to a size 8, by which point I suffered from anorexia. Experiencing each end of the extremes, I decided to start a journey towards health, mentally and physically. By making health progressions step by step I managed to get back up to a healthy size 10-12 and have a healthier relationship with food and my body. I fell in love with power-lifting a few years ago, and I have now transitioned into weight/strength training to sculpt my physique.
I believe that slow progress is better than no progress, especially if it is sustainable progress. As long as you decide to make the commitment to change your lifestyle for the better, I ensure that I will be fully committed to help you see the changes that you want to see within yourself. I will support you and help you in your journey to become the best version of yourself. I promise to push you out of your comfort zone; there will be sweat, maybe even tears, but there will also be results!
