I have been pursuing my fitness journey for five years. I started at age 14 and I had a lack of knowledge on training but I wanted to perform big heavy lifts. I wanted to improve my physique, flexibility and overall health.
Once I began to learn more about fitness, I knew that I wanted to make a career out of it. Now that I have achieved my level 3 in Personal Training, I know what to do to help others achieve their fitness goals and I can do what I like doing every day.
I will help you reach your fitness goals by creating you a personalised training programme and motivating you to work hard throughout our sessions.
