Having spent the majority of my working life in the horseracing industry I felt it was time for a change. My passion has always been in sports and fitness; for the last ten years I have been a keen long-distance runner, cyclist, boxer and have focused the last two years on weights and conditioning.
As a qualified Personal Trainer and genuine enthusiast about health, fitness and wellbeing I hope that I can help guide you to reach your personal goal whether that be strength and conditioning, weight-loss or just help to build confidence to use the gym to the fullest, no goal is too big or too small.
